"I spoke the the agency over the phone to get a Home Owners policy quote. The gentleman that I spoke with was helpful, however, I was told that they would send over the quote to review and never did. Very frustrating after having a 45-minute conversation to get the quote. I then called the agency again two separate times and the agency never answered the phone/no option to leave voicemail. Unfortunately, their lack of response or communication makes me lose confidence in handling any insurance needs. I will continue looking elsewhere."
